I am a strategic leader with more than 20 years of experience building partnerships, scaling programs, and securing funding across tech, education, and community development.

I began my career in entertainment, leading community marketing and digital strategy at companies like Warner Bros. Records and Maverick Records. I worked directly with artists like Mariah Carey, *NSYNC, Linkin Park, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, and many more during the industry’s early transition to online platforms. That experience led me to Facebook, where I served as Head of Public Figure Partnerships. I was part of the original 20-person product development team for Facebook Live and helped launch Instagram Stories and Facebook Creator Studio. I led platform adoption and content strategy for thousands of creators and public figures.

As a startup founder, I co-founded Archer Education, helped grow the company, and raised $9 million in venture capital. I was also part of the early team at Rent.com, which was acquired by eBay for $415 million. Through my firm, MPN Business Group, I advise early-stage companies and civic initiatives on partnership development, growth strategy, and funding.

Today, I focus on education, development, and local impact. At California State University Dominguez Hills, I have created financial empowerment and entrepreneurship programs, raised significant alumni and corporate gifts, and scaled the university’s largest student leadership initiative. I serve on the university’s Philanthropic Board, advising on long-term investment and development strategy.

At the core of everything I do (teaching, writing, and consulting), I focus on making knowledge more accessible and helping people understand the forces shaping their world.
